Jeff Carrell, Wellness Coordinator
Jeff Carrell has been with AHCHC for 13 years helping teach and train our patients how to be well. As everyone who know Jeff will attest, he seems to know everything! He is a voracious reader and consumer of anything published on the topic of health.
Jeff runs our 8 Weeks to Wellness Fitness Center and us es his experience and keen eye to help train all who come to our facility for expert care. Whether you are coming to begin a rehab program or want to finisse your fitness to compete, or just want to get in and stay shape, you will enjoy the personal attention to detail Jeff will give you on each visit.

I have 9 years of experience as a massage therapist, and have been here at AHCHC enhancing health and wellness through relaxing bodywork since 2007. I am passionate about massage therapy and am committed to providing the best service to everyone who comes into AHCHC. I look forward to treating you soon!
Jennifer Harmon, L.M.T.
I have training in many different types of massage including Deep Tissue, Russian, Swedish, Sports, Injury, Reflexology, Shiatsu, Cranial Sacral, Acupressure, and Trigger Point Therapy. When I’m not working or hanging out with my kids, I enjoy anything outdoors. I also always have a book I’m reading and love good book recommendations. I look forward to meeting you and helping you feel your best.
Chelsea Peeler, Chiropractic Assistant
I was born in Austin, TX and raised in Europe as the child of a mother in the United States Air Force. In high school, I was actively involved in volleyball until my senior year when a knee injury halted my ability to play. This lead me to work in the athletic training department which allowed me to stay connected with organized sports.I am currently attending Northeast Lakeview College pursuing a B.S. degree in Kinesiology. When I graduate, I hope to become a physical therapist, so that I will be able to help people improve their physical health and well being. Working at AHCHC with our doctors and staff, is the perfect place to help me see what my future will be. Running the office from the front desk gives me a unique view on how important it is to follow the treatment plan the doctors have designed for your successful rehabilitation. We see success stories every day. I am here to help make your experience the best possible and help you reach your goals and become one of our great success stories.
Cindy Pritchard, Chiropractic Assistant
I’ve spent 32 years in the healthcare industry, specializing in billing and practice management. With my experience I have been fortunate to expand my knowledge into the chiropractic side of medicine. Having worked in the Ambulance industry, the eating disorder industry, and the cancer industry, billers get to see improved health progression through documentation.
I have come to realize the body is a miraculous healing instrument all by itself. I am excited to be working with a team of providers that truly excel and care for their patients. They are focused on total mind - body healthcare. I have seen some pretty amazing things that the body can do and chiropractic medicine is just the next step in getting a total healthcare routine in place. It facilitates, enhances if not eliminates some common healthcare problems just by opening up the channels to let the body heal itself.
