Ten Minute Fitness

There are four options to participating in our Ten Minute Training Fitness Programs:

- Option 1: 10 Personal Training / Membership* – This is an intense ten minute workout with a personal trainer. Participants may come once day every day the clinic is open. You pick the time that works best for you (schedule permitting), and we will work on the areas that will help you accomplish your goals. This is a monthly membership for only $120 a month.

  - Option 2: 10 Group Training / Membership* – This option is for an intense ten minute workout in a group setting. The area of concentration will rotate to provide variety and work all parts of the body. The classes are scheduled at specific times designed to be convenient to your work schedule. Classes are Monday through Friday at 7:45am (except Tuesday), 12:00pm & 5:15pm. The Membership at this level is only $30 a month.

 - Option 3: 10 Personal Training / per Session* – Private ten minute personal training sessions are $20 and may be scheduled at any time the clinic is open (schedule permitting).

 - Option 4: 10 Personal Training / 12 Session Block* – A savings option for the ten minute sessions. You may prepay for a Block of 12 session with a trainer and receive a 10% discount. The cost for the package is $216 and is good for six months from the date of purchase.


Memberships:

Memberships are designed to be month to month and may be cancelled at any time. However, they are set up to be recurring until cancelled. The charges for a membership will be auto-debited on the first of each month.


Prepayment Discount:

The 10% discount only applies as a prepayment and therefore cannot be applied to services already received. In the event a refund is requested, the regular price will be applied to the services already rendered and any remaining balance will be promptly returned.

* We highly recommend a Cooper Fitness Evaluation before starting any exercise program to accurately assess your ability to safely complete the exercises and to establish a benchmark to measure your improvement.
