The Shonle family is healthier and happier than ever. Anna started getting treatments at Alamo Heights Chiropractic first, but soon after her son Ansel and husband Macneil were going too. Anna discovered Alamo Heights Chiropractic last fall and started getting regular treatments for pain and discomfort from past injuries. Anna also had discomfort from the additional stress of parenting an energetic toddler. Her son Ansel, who is now two years old, started getting adjustments to help with his sleep and the inevitable toddler tumbles.

Anna was happy to find that the treatments helped both her and her son in ways she did not expect, such as healing more easily from cold and flu bugs and generally feeling more energetic and strong. Macneil sought treatment for sitting at the computer all day, and was given advice for sitting properly and doing necessary stretches. After getting regular adjustments, Macneil also found that his arms wouldn’t fall asleep anymore, in addition to reduced back and neck pain.
