OUR TEAM (We Have Fun!)

    Susan Gifford, C.A.

Chiropractic Assistant - Practice Member Therapist

Hello my name is Susan! I am beyond excited to share in your journey of becoming a better you!!

I grew up in East Texas in a tiny town where I was a cheerleader, played volleyball, ran track, and made it to state in basketball and golf.  I strive to live by the motto "be better today then you were yesterday!' I tore my ACL and meniscus in college volleyball.  Working and rehab led me to the love of my life!

Like many in San Antonio, we became a military family. I understand your challenges!  I have learned to adapt to our life's many changes, and have been blessed with friends in many places who I love and cherish just as much as my family! We were stationed in Alaska, Florida, Washington D.C. and now back here in the great state of Texas!! I am so glad to be back home!!

I have two wonderful children that are my LIFE! Natalie is 12 and has enjoyed cheering with the best in the nation!  Garrett is 9 and plays football for the infamous SA Colts which were on the T.V. show Friday night tykes! When we had our son, we could hear Texas football calling us home!

I am so excited to meet each and everyone of you!! Let's work together AND be the change we want to see in the world!

Rose Lopez, C.A.

Chiropractic Assistant

Hello, my name is Rose!  I was born and raised in San Antonio.  For the 1s twenty years of my adulthood, I lived in East Texas and Hawaii.

It was there that I discovered a new way to redefine health, happiness and power in my life.  The Aloha Spirit is an affirmation or mantra to live life with love.  Aina means land, and life in Hawaii is lived outdoors.  This is when I embraced my LOVE of exercising in nature.  Walking, hiking and my biggest passion, riding my bike, which I do as often as possible.

I am elated to be back in my San Antonio, so rich in culture and history and to be with my recent UT graduate, Gabrielle.  'Hook 'em Horns'!  It's great to be home!

Becoming the best version of yourself starts with investing in your life.  Taking the time to give your mind and body what it needs to grow to its fullest, is the best gift that you could give yourself.  I look forward to being a part of this wonderful journey with you.
